Help on Process Rule Definition
This page can be used for selecting the predefined rule.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the ‘Process Rule ID’ field on the main page.
The ‘Help on Process Rule Definition’ page appears.
The system displays the following details:

Component Name |
The name of the component. |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task. |
Enter the following details to search for a process rule. Data entry is optional in the following fields:

Process Rule ID |
The ID of the predefined process rule (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Process Rule Description |
The description of the process rule (Alphanumeric, 40). |
Click the 'Search' pushbutton to search for a process rule.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Process Rule ID |
The ID of the predefined process rule. |

Process Rule Description |
The description of the process rule. |
|
Formula |
The condition defined in the rule is displayed as formula expression. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to select the process rule.
Click the ‘OK’ pushbutton.
