Value List

This page can be used to specify the list of parameter values.
Select the ‘Data' link from the "Value List" field in the multiline, in the ‘User Identification’ page.
The ‘Value List’ page appears.
The system displays following fields:

Date Format |
The format in which the user is expected to enter the date values. The specified format is DD-MM-YYYY only. |

Component Name |
The name of the component in which the task is present. |
|
Activity Name |
The name of the activity in which the task is present. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task for which authorization process need to be defined. |
|
Effective From |
The date from which the path is effective. |
|
Effective To |
The expiry date for the path. |
|
Path ID |
The unique ID to which the state is attached. |
|
Applicable to Org. Unit |
The organization unit to which the resource rule is applicable. |
|
State |
The name of the state. |
|
State Description |
The description of the state. |
|
Resource Rule ID |
The unique ID for the resource rule defined in ‘Define Rule’ page. |
|
Resource Rule Description |
The description of the resource rule. |
|
Parameter Description |
The description of the parameter. |
Enter the list of values for the parameter selected in the ‘User Identification’ page:

Parameter Value |
The valid values which the parameter can accept. |
Note: The data type of "Parameter Value" depends upon the data type of the parameter.
Note: A rule can be formed by selecting ‘IN’ or ‘NOT IN’ in the relational operator column against this value list.
Click the ‘Save’ push button to save the list of values for the selected parameter.
You can specify a list of values for every parameter for which the relational operator is specified as ‘IN’ or ‘NOT IN’, in the resource rule of the ‘User Identification‘ page.
