User Information
This page can be used to specify the actors/users to whom the message must be sent.
Select the ‘User Information’ link at the bottom of the ‘Enable Notification’ page.
The "User Information" page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. The specified format is DD-MM-YYYY only. |
Component Name |
The name of the component in which the task is present. |
Activity Name |
The name of the activity in which the task is present. |
Task Name |
The name of the task for which the authorization process needs to be defined. |
Effective From |
The date on or after which the path is effective. |
Effective To |
The date on or before which the path is effective. |
Path ID |
The unique ID of the path to which the state is mapped. |
Path Description |
The detailed description of the path. |
State |
The name of the state. |
State Description |
The detailed description of the state. |
Notification Type |
The selected notification type. |
Message ID |
The unique ID of the message. |
Message Description |
The detailed description of the message. |
Enter the following field:
Stored Procedure Name |
The name of the stored procedure from which the list of users would be taken. Besides identified users, the message would be sent to these users. Click on the lens icon near the ‘Stored procedure name’ to launch the ‘Help on stored procedure’. The stored procedure name can be selected from this page. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Profile Name |
The name of the profile (Alphanumeric, 30). The message would be sent to all actors in that profile. Click on the lens icon near the ‘Profile Name’ to launch the ’Help on Profile Name‘ page. The profile name can be selected from the help page. |
Org. Unit Description |
Use the drop-down list box to select the description of the user’s organization unit. |
User Name |
The name of the user to whom the message must be sent (Alphanumeric, 30). Click on the lens icon near the ‘User Name‘ to launch the ‘Help on User’ page. The user name can be selected from the help page. |
Click the ‘Save’ pushbutton to save the user information.
Click the ‘Delete’ pushbutton to delete the user information.
In this page you can map a user/profile to direct path or to a resource rule. In the absence of the specified user, alternate user can also be given authorization to perform the action.
