Help on Organization Unit
This page can be used for selecting the organization unit.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the ‘Org. Unit Code’ field on the main page.
The ‘Help On Org. Unit’ page appears.
The system displays the following details:

Component Name |
The name of the component. |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task. |
Enter the details in the following fields to search for an organization unit. Data entry is optional in the following fields:

Org. Unit |
The name of the organization unit (Alphanumeric, 16). |
|
Org. Unit Description |
The description of the organization unit (Alphanumeric, 128). |
Click the ‘Search’ pushbutton to view the search results.
The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Org. Unit |
The name of the organization unit. |

Org. Unit Description |
The description of the organization unit. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to select the organization unit.
Click the ‘OK’ pushbutton.
