Help on Process Rule
This page can be used for selecting the predefined rule.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the ‘Process Rule ID’ field on the main page.
The ‘Help On Process Rule’ page appears.
The system displays the following details.

Component Name |
The name of the component. |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task. |
|
Effective From |
The date on and from which the path is effective. |
|
Effective To |
The expiry date of the path. |
Enter the following details to search for a process rule. Data entry is optional in the following fields:

Process Rule ID |
The process rule ID of the predefined rules (Alphanumeric, 30). |
|
Process Rule Description |
The description of the rule corresponding to the process rule ID (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Path ID |
The ID of the path (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Click the "Search" pushbutton to view the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Process Rule ID |
The process rule ID of the predefined rule. |

Process Rule Description |
The description of the rule corresponding to the process rule ID. |
|
Path ID |
The ID of the path. |
|
Path Description |
The description of the path. |
|
Formula |
The condition defined in the rule is displayed in the form of formula expression. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to select the process rule.
Click the ‘OK’ pushbutton.
