Help on Resource Rule

This page can be used to select the defined resource rule to the path, organization unit and state description.

Select the lens icon positioned next to the ‘Resource Rule ID’ field in the main page.

The ‘Help On Resource Rule’ page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Date Format	The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. The specified format is DD-MM-YYYY.
Component Name	The name of the component in which the task is present.
Activity Name	The name of the activity in which the task is present.
Task Name	The name of the process for which the authorization process must be defined.
Effective From	The date on and from which the path is effective.
Effective To	The expiry date of the path.
Path ID	The unique ID of the path to which the state is attached.
State	The name of the state.
State Description	The detailed description of the state.

The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Resource Rule ID	The unique ID of the resource rule.
Resource Rule Description	The description of the resource rule.

Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to select the resource rule.
Click the ‘OK’ pushbutton.
