Viewing NTE Price Exceedance

This tab enables the order value gets adjusted within the NTE limit based on the exclusions set in contract .

All Tasks in the Work order would be displayed in the multiline with their values eligible for NTE computation. The Exceedance value will be evaluated and the same would be displayed as alert to the user.

Select the “NTE Price Exceedance” tab in the “Manage Sale Quotation” page.

The “NTE Price Exceedance” tab page appears.

The system displays the following:

Basic Qt. Value	The basic value of the quotation.
Amt. Eligible for NTE	The amount eligible for NTE available in the contract.
Amt. Excl. from NTE	The amount excluded from NTE.
NTE Limit	The limit set for the NTE exclusions.
NTE Exceedance	The amount of NTE exceedance.

The system displays the following fields in the “NTE Price Details” multiline:

Ref. Entity	The entity corresponding to the NTE exclusion.
Entity #	The number identifying the NTE exclusion entity.
NTE Applied On	The price incurred for using the material to service the object.
Total Price - Resources	Total price of other resource incurred on servicing an object which is exceeded.
Total Price - Materials	Total price of material incurred on servicing an object which is exceeded.
Total Price - Ext. Serv.	Total price of external services incurred on servicing an object which is exceeded.
Total Price - Task	Total price of material, labour and other resource incurred on servicing an object which is exceeded.
Amt. Incl. NTE-Res.	The value of other resources that is included in NTE limit.
Amt. Incl. NTE-Mat.	The value of materials that is included in NTE limit.
Amt. Incl. NTE-Ext. Serv.	The value of external services that is included in NTE limit.
Amt. Incl. NTE-Task	The value of tasks that is included in NTE limit.
Amt. Excl. NTE-Res.	The value of other resources that are excluded in NTE limit.
Amt. Excl. NTE-Mat.	The value of materials that is excluded in NTE limit.
Amt. Excl. NTE-Ext. Serv.	The value of external services that is excluded in NTE limit.
Amt. Excl. NTE-Task	The value of tasks that is excluded in NTE limit.

Click the "Re-Apply NTE Limit" pushbutton to re-apply the NTE Limit.

To proceed, carry out the following:

Select the “Main Info.” tab page to record quote information.
Select the “Ref. Info.” tab page to view details of the estimated tasks.
Select the “Materials” tab page to record quotation for the materials used.
Select the “Resources” tab page to record quotation for labor.
Select the “Ext. Services.” tab page to record quotation for parts sent for external repair.
Select the “Direct Qt. Info.” tab page to record details of non-estimated.
Select the “Addl. Charges” tab page to record details of charges.
Select the “CO T/C/D” tab page to compute and record details on taxes, charges and discounts.
Select the “CO Maint. Object" tab page to view details of parts used to perform tasks.
Select the “Pricing Summary" tab page to have a concise view of prices in all the tab pages.
