If the “Hold Expense Invoice on Authorization” field in the “Set Function Defaults” activity of the current business component is set as:

•  Always - The system displays the “Yes” in the current screen.

•  Not Required - The system displays “No” in the current screen.

If the “Hold Expense Invoice on Authorization” field in the “Set Function Defaults” activity of the current business component is set as “Based on User Selection”, the system displays the options “Yes” and "No”
