Inter warehouse stock transfer status. Following could be the status for a ’Stock Transfer’ document. Draft - Drft Fresh - Fresh Authorized - Auth Cancelled - Canc ShortClosed - ShCl Closed - Clsd 1) Draft: Whenever all details are not entered the transaction can be created in draft status. 2) Fresh: Whenever all details are entered the Stock Transfer transaction can be created in fresh status. It can be also be attained while modifying the transaction, which is in ’draft’ status. 3) Authorized: Stock Transfer attains this status in approve activity when the requirements are confirmed. An authorized Stock Transfer transaction cannot be cancelled. Only ’Fresh’ transaction can be authorized. 4) Cancelled: Both draft as well as fresh transactions can be cancelled. Transactions of status ’draft’ can be cancelled in Create as well as Edit Stock Transfer activity. Transactions of the type ’Fresh’ can be cancelled in Edit as well as Approve Stock Transfer activity. 5) Short closed: After some parts are issued, when the need of balance parts is no more felt, then Stock Transfer can be short closed during short closing activity. A short closed Stock Transfer cannot be transacted further. 6) Closed: The Stock Transfer attains this status automatically, when the all the parts quantities requested are received.
