Cost Element Structure Listing Report

The Cost Element Structure Listing Report is a range of Cost Element Structure IDs, in which you can view details of the structures based on which the details will be retrieved in the report. If no cost element structure ID is selected, details of all cost element structure Ids will be generated for a selected status. You can view the report on based on the structure ID. The report also displays the description of the structure ID. You can view the details of the cost element and the formula details of the structure listing report.
Select the “Cost Element Structure Listing Report” link under the “Reports – Management Accounting” business component.
The “Cost Element Structure Listing Report” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Structure ID From |
The starting code in the range of codes identifying the cost element structure from which you want to view the listing report (Alphanumeric, 10). The CE structure Id must have been mapped to the “CSET component”. The value entered in this field must be lesser than the value entered in the “To” field. |

To |
The ending code in the range of codes identifying the cost element structure till which you want to view the listing report (Alphanumeric, 10). The CE structure Id must have been mapped to the “CSET component”. The value entered in this field must be greater that the value entered in the “Structure ID From” field. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the cost element structure for which you want to view the listing report. You can select from “All”, “Active” and “Inactive”. The system displays “All” by default on the launch of the page. |
Click the “View” pushbutton to view the cost element structure listing report.
Click the “Print” pushbutton to print the cost element structure listing report.
The system prints the listing report based on the values entered in the search criteria.
