This page allows you print the exchange rate between two currencies. This page allows you to view the exchange rate on selection of the exchange rate type and the currencies. You can generate the exchange rate for a selected date.
Select the “Report on Exchange Rate” link under “Reports – Book keeping”.
The “Exchange Rate” page appears.
Enter the following fields:

Exchange Rate Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of exchange rate. All the exchange rate types that have been defined in “Exchange Rate” business component will be available for selection in the ascending order. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

From Currency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the currency for which you want to view the exchange rate. All the currencies that have been assigned, as permitted currencies for the company, will be available for selection in the alphabetical order. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

To Currency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the currency against which the exchange rate of the currency selected in the “From Currency” field has been quoted. All the currencies that have been assigned, as permitted currencies for the company, will be available for selection in the alphabetical order. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates from which you want to view the exchange rate (Date Format). The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. |
Note: The date entered in this field must be before the date entered in the “To” field.

To |
The ending date in the range of dates till which you want to view the exchange rate (Date Format). The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. |
Note: The date entered in this field must be equal or after the date entered in the “Date From” field.
Click the “Print Exchange Rate” push button to print the exchange rate report.
The system retrieves and displays the exchange rate for conversion from one currency to another currency.
