The combination of the values specified in the “Run Every” and “Run For” fields will decide the number of periods for which the report needs to be processed.

For Example: In the “Recurring Schedule Information” group box, if the “Run Every” field is specified as “Periods” and the ‘Run For’ field is specified as ‘12’, the selected financial reports will be processed for 12 periods as on the end date of each such period, starting from the ‘Report From’ period.
