How to use the web page

Using online help

This activity allows you to create case details. Certain details like whether the incident is Injury/Illness, establishment, Incident date and time, will be displayed in the header section of the Case Details screen under Incident Details section. In the details of injury or illness section, you can specify the type of injury / illness, body parts affected details and the detailed description of the injury / illness. You can also specify the treatment details like the physician name and facility details. Provision is available to record the impact of the incident and classify the case.
