Ensure that you are in the “Add Create Job” page.
Select the help icon in the “Grade Set” column of the “Applicable Grades” multiline.
The “Help on Grade Set-Grade” page appears.
The system displays the following fields at the top of the page.

The date format that is applicable to the login user.More Details |
Organization Structure Unit |
The description of the interacting organization structure unit through which the Grade Sets are defined. |
A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Grade Set Code”, “Grade Set Short Description”, “Grade Code”, “Grade Short Description” and a “Select” check box.
To specify search criteria, enter the following fields.
Grade Set Code |
To view all the grade set codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these category codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *1, GS*12, GS*. |
Grade Set Short Description |
To view all the short descriptions of the grade sets containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these grade set descriptions. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: FIRST*GRADE, SECOND*, *GRADE. |
Get Only Grade Set |
Select the check box if you want to view and select the code of the grade set alone. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of grade set records satisfying these search criteria.
The system displays the grade set code, grade set short description, grade code and grade short description in the multiline.
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required grade set and grade details. After selecting the required grade set record from the multi line, select the “OK” pushbutton.
The “Create Job” page reappears.
The selected category code and grade codes are displayed in the “Category” and “Grade” fields, respectively.
