• Ensure that you are in the “Record Job Qualification” page.

• Select the help icon beside the “Qualification Code” field.

• The “Help on Qualification” page appears.

• The system displays the following field at the top right of the page.

• A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Qualification Code”, “Qualification Description”, “Qualification Level”, “Specialization”, “Qualification Type” and a “Select” check box.

• Specify search criteria for the following details in the search criteria fields.

Qualification Code	To view all the qualification codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these qualification codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: PRG1*, P*12, PR*1.
Qualification Description	To view all the qualification descriptions containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these qualification descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards.
Qualification Level	From the drop  down list box, select the qualification level to which the position being edited belongs.
Specialization	From the drop-down list box, select the specialization applicable for the position being edited.
Qualification Type	From the drop - down list box, select the type of qualification applicable for the position being edited. For example, License, Certification or Degree.

• Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of qualification records satisfying these search criteria.

• The system displays the details of the qualification in the corresponding columns of the multiline

• Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required qualification details. After selecting the required qualification record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.

• The “Record Job Qualification” page reappears.

• The selected qualification code is displayed in the “Qualification Code” column of the multiline.
