View Time Sheet - A summary of the activity

 

 

Through this activity, you can seek the time sheet details for a specified employee.

You can retrieve time sheets on the basis of their status, recorded date and for a date range using the search facility.  For the selected time sheets, for each day you can view:

•  Day and day type

•  Hours worked on projects by the stage

•  Remarks entered by the supervisor

• Status

•  Sum total of hours worked for all the days

     The above information is a good source for analysis and planning.

    View time sheets

      In order to view time sheet information in this page:

• Specify the time management scheduling unit and employee code to fetch employment details such as department, position title, grade, job title and grade set.

• Specify the year, month, start-date and end-date of the required period, entry date and status in the search criteria group box to retrieve details of the hours worked on various projects. Further information including stage of the project, sum total of hours worked, status of the time sheet and the remarks by the supervisor is also displayed.
