The “Identify Competency Gaps” page appears.
The system displays the following.

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details |
Employee |
The name of the employee who has logged in. |
Position Title |
The title of the position held by the employee. |
Job Title |
The title of the job held by the employee. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
The following are displayed in the “Competency Gaps” multiline.
Competency Description |
The description of the competency. |
Possessed Level |
The competency level possessed by the employee. |
Minimum Desired level |
The desired level of the competency. The desired level depends on the position held by the employee. |
Check in the “Select” check box beside the required “Competency Description” field.
Select “Sponsor Training” link from “Identify Competency Gaps” page.
