 4      From the “Select To View External Venue” page, select the “View External Venue” link.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Training General Information Unit

The training general information unit for which the external venue has been identified, in the “Create External Venue” activity.

Language

The language you selected in the previous page is displayed. 

From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language.

Venue Code

The code that identifies the external venue. 

Inactive

Displays whether or not the venue is currently active for the training program to be held.

 Venue Name

The name of the venue.

Organization

The name of the organization.

Address               

The address of the venue.

Country

The name of the country. By default, the drop-down list box displays “select”.  You can select the required country name from the drop- down list box.

State

The name of the state.  By default, the drop- down list box displays “Select”.  You can select the required state name from the drop- down list box.

County

The name of the county.

City / Town

The name of the city or town.

Council

The name of the council.

Postal Code

The postal code of the state selected in the drop- down list box.

Phone 1

The phone number of the venue.

Phone 2

The second phone number, if available.

Mobile

The mobile number of the venue.

Home Page

The home page address of the venue.

E-mail

The email address of the venue.

4      You can view the following in the “Infrastructure Details” multiline.

Infrastructure

The infrastructure that is available in  the venue.  For example, computers table and chairs.

Available Units

The number of infrastructure that is available in the venue. For Example, the available units can be 10 computers

Cost per Unit

Defines the cost per unit of the infrastructure.

Duration, if Hire Purchase

If the infrastructure is being hired, this field indicates the time period for which it is being hired. Example, a company may hire computers for duration of 3 weeks to 3 months. 

Currency

The currency in which the costs have been mentioned.

Comments

The comments pertaining to the external venue.
