The “Course Faculty Mapping” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |

Training General Information Unit |
The name of the training general information unit selected in the previous page. |

Course Code |
A unique code and description of the course. |
You can edit the following in the “Course Faculty
Mapping” group box.

Faculty Code |
The unique code that identifies the faculty. Help feature enabled. |
The following details are displayed in the “Course
Faculty Mapping” group box.

Faculty Name |
The name of the faculty. |
|
Faculty Type |
The type of faculty. It can take one of the following vales: “Internal” or “External”. |
|
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Select the “Save”
pushbutton to save the details entered.
