The “Create Module” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
To create a module, specify the following:
Training General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must create the module. Tell me more |
Module Code |
A unique code that defines the module. |
Module Short Description |
A brief and unique description of the module. |
Module Long Description |
A detailed description of the module . |
Inactive |
Select this checkbox only if you want the module to be currently inactive. |
Objectives Of Module |
The objectives of module are specified. |
Sponsorship Mandatory |
Select this checkbox only if sponsorship for the module is mandatory. |
Specify the following in the “Module course mapping”
multiline to map the various courses to the training module.
Course Code |
A unique code that identifies the course. Help available |
Course Description |
The system displays the description of the corresponding course code. |
Sequence of Course |
The sequence in which the courses must appear for a particular module. |
You can enter any comments pertaining to the module.
Comments |
Any comment pertaining to the module. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field.
The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered
previously, if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details
and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous
page without saving the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
On selecting the “Save” pushbutton, the following
detail is displayed in the “Module Screen Mapping” multiline.
