Identifying the internal faculty based on competencies

Select the “Identify Internal Faculty Based on Competencies” option from “Create Internal Faculty” page.
The “Identify Internal Faculty Based on Competencies” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Training General Information Unit

The name of the training general information unit you selected in the “Create course” page.

Employment Unit

The employment unit selected in the previous page.

Enter the following in the “Identify Faculty for Course” group box.

Course Code

A unique code to define the course.

On selecting the "Get Employees" pushbutton, the system displays the following details in the "Employee Details" multiline.

*Employee Code*	A unique code to define the employee. Help available
Employee Name	The name of the employee.
Employment Unit	The employment unit, to which the employee belongs.
Competency Match Point	The total number of competencies that are common between the competencies possessed by the employees and the actual competencies marked in the “Competencies required for faculty page”.
Identify Faculty (Yes/No)	If you identify a particular employee as a faculty, then you select “yes”, else select “no”.

Comments

Any comments pertaining to the internal faculty.

To edit comments

Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.

To save the details

To proceed:

Select the “View Course Details” from “Identify Internal faculty based on Competencies” page.
