Select the “Create Internal Faculty” option from the left pane.
The “Create Internal Faculty” page appears.
The system displays the following :

The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following.
Training General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must create training general information unit. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create training general information units. These organization units are called setup OUs. A setup organization unit is an organization unit in which you normally define master information. There are other organization units that can access information from this setup organization unit. Tell me more. |
Employment Unit |
The name of the employment unit that interacts with the training general information unit to get the details of the employee who be identified as faculty.If there is more than one value, the systems displays “Select” as the default value in the drop-down list box. |
Employee Code |
A unique code to define the employee. Help available |
Specify the following detail in the"Course Details" multiline.
Course Code |
A unique code to define the course. Help available |
Course Description |
A brief description of the course. |
Specify the following detail below the multiline.
Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the internal faculty. |
To edit comments
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
To save the details
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
To proceed
Select the “Identify Internal faculty ” link from “Create internal Faculty” page.
Use this page to identify the internal faculty.
