Ø Select the help icon beside the “Venue Code” in the previous page.
The “Help on Venue Code” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Org. Unit Group |
The name of the organization unit group selected in the previous page. |
To select through search criteria
Ø Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Venue Code |
To view the venue code containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the venue code in any combination with wild cards, “*”. |

Venue Name |
To view the venue name containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the venue name in any combination with wild cards, “*”. |
|
Venue Type |
To view the venue type containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the venue type in any combination with wild cards, “*”. |
Ø Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details that satisfy the search criteria specified, in the search results multiline.

Venue Code |
A unique code to define the venue. |
|
Venue Name |
The name of the venue. |
|
Venue Type |
The type of the venue. |
|
Organization |
The name of the organization. |
|
Address Line 1 |
The address of the venue. |
|
State |
The name of the state. By default, the drop-down list box displays select. You have to select the required state name from the drop-down list box. |
|
Country |
The name of the country. By default, the drop-down list displays select. You have to select the required country name from the drop-down list box. |
