Ensure that you are in the “Map Employee Rota Schedule” page.
Select the “View Rota Schedule” link.

The system displays the following
Date Format |
The date format as set by the user in the set date format activity. If the date format is not set, the system will display the date format applicable to this organization unit, which is defined in the “Enterprise Model Company Definitions”. More details. |
Scheduling Unit |
The time management scheduling unit specified in the previous page. Tell me more. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit specified in the previous page. Tell me more. |

The system displays the following rota schedule details in the “Rota Schedule“ calendar
Date |
The date of each day of the month. The date is displayed under the specific day of the week on which it occurs, such as Sunday or Monday |
Scheduled Shift |
The code of the shift/s scheduled for this date, as per the rota schedule |
The following fields are displayed below the “Rota Schedule“ calendar
Weekly Offs |
The number of weekly offs availed by the employee. This will be the total number of weekly offs for all the shifts in the rota schedule, on which he/she worked during the month. |

Holidays |
The number of national or state holidays that were applicable during the selected month. For example, Republic day and Christmas |
