Select the “Create Internal Venue” option from the left pane.
The “Create Internal Venue” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Total Cost |
The total cost for the venue, which is the total sum of all the costs obtained as the product of “Available Units” and “Cost Per Unit”, which is calculated automatically. |
To create a internal venue, enter the following:
Training General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must create training general information groups. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create training general information groups. These organization units are called setup OUs. A setup organization unit is an organization unit in which you normally define master information. There are other organization units that can access information from this setup organization unit. Tell me more. |
Venue Code |
The unique code of the venue to define the venue. |
Venue Name |
The name of the venue. |
Select the box provided along side “Inactive”, if you want the internal venue to be inactive.
Enter the following in the “Infrastructure details” multiline.
Infrastructure |
The infrastructure that is available inthe venue. For example, computers, table and chairs. |
Available Units |
The number of infrastructure that is available in the venue. For Example, the available units can be 10 computers |
Cost per Unit |
Defines the cost per unit of the infrastructure. |
Duration, if Hire Purchase |
If the infrastructure is hired, this field indicates the time period for which the basic infrastructure is being hired. For example, a company may hire computers for a duration of 3 weeks to 3 months. |
Currency |
The currency in which the costs are mentioned . |

Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the internal venue. |
Select the zoom icon “book”that is provided along with the comment field.
Enter the comments in detail.
Select “save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
Select “cancel” pushbutton, if you do not want to save the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
