Setting advance search criteria
Select the “Advance Search” link provided in the “Authorize Regular and Overtime” page.
The “Advance Search” page appears.
The system displays the following details

Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the employee belongs. Tell me more |

Date Format |
The format in which the date is displayed. Tell me more |
Enter the following details
|
Division |
The division to which the employee belongs. |
|
Section |
The section to which the employee is assigned. |
|
Work Location |
The work location of the employee. |
|
Employee Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of the employee. |
|
Supervisor |
The name of the supervisor. Help available. |
|
To Date |
The date up to which the employee time sheet details are to be retrieved. |
|
Process |
The process applicable to the organization unit. |
|
Product |
The product of the organization unit. |
|
Line |
The line applicable to the organization unit. |
|
Position |
The position of the employee in the organization. Help available. |
|
Grade Set |
The grade set to which the employee belongs. Help available. |
|
Grade |
The grade to which the employee belongs. Help available. |
|
Shift Code |
The code identifying the shift. |
|
Schedule |
The schedule of employee shift. |
|
Cost Center |
The cost center to which the employee is mapped. |
|
Payroll |
From the drop-down list box, select the payroll applicable to the employee. |
|
Payset |
From the drop-down list box, select the pay set to which the employee is mapped. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
