Employment equity actuals – A summary of the activity
In this activity, you can record the details of the equity actuals.
Recording employer equity actuals
You can record the details of the employer equity actuals. To record the employment equity actuals you must carry out the following:
Specify the employment equity plan code
Specify the employment equity actuals code
Specify the start date and the ending date for the employment equity actuals
Specify the qualitative assessment details
Specify the CEO and Senior Manager's details while submitting the report
Deleting the employer equity actuals
You can record existing employment equity actual details. To delete the employment equity actuals carry out the following:
Specify the employment equity plan code and click the “Get” pushbutton to retrieve details pertaining to the existing employment equity actuals
Specify the employment equity actuals code
Select the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the employment equity plan actuals not required.
You can delete only the latest Employment Equity Actuals.
Example: If there is an Equity Plan from 1/01/2005 to 31/01/2005 and the actuals recorded for the plan are
‘Actual1’ from 01/01/2005 to 31/03/2005
‘Actual2’ from 01/04/2005 to 30/06/2005
‘Actual3’ from 01/07/2005 to 31/10/2005
You can only delete‘Actual3’ as it is the latest actuals recorded. If ‘Actual1’ has to be deleted, ‘Actual3’ and ‘Actual2’ must have been deleted, before deleting ‘Actual1’.
Recording additional employer equity actuals
You can record the additional employer equity details. To record the additional equity details carry out the following:
Indicate if numerical goals were achieved
Indicate if affirmative action objective were achieved positively
