Viewing non-recurring pay elements mapping to employee
Ensure that you are in the “Select Employee for viewing non recurring pay elements mapping” page and you have selected the employee whose pay element values are to be viewed.
Select the employee whose pay element values must be viewed.
The “View Non-Recurring Pay Elements Mapping to Employee” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Employee – Element Data Unit |
The employee – element data unit selected in the previous page. |
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the log in user. Tell me more |
Payroll |
The payroll selected in the previous page. |
Payset |
The payset selected in the previous page. |
Assignment Number |
The assignment number of the employee, based on which the employee is entitled to the pay elements |
Employee Code |
The code of the employee selected in the previous page. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee |
Select the “Show Mapping” pushbutton
The following pay element details are displayed in the multiline for the employee and assignment.
Pay Element Code |
The code of each non-recurring pay element for which the value entitled to the employee deviates from the pay element value within the payset. |
Pay Element Description |
The description of the pay element. |
Note: All the pay elements pertain to the same payset
Amount |
If the pay element value is specified in terms of a specific amount, the amount is displayed. |
Rule |
If the value of the pay element is determined by a rule, the rule is displayed |
Note: Either “Amount” or “Rule” is displayed for a given pay element.
Process Period |
The process period for which the redefined pay element value is effective. |
Arrears |
“Yes” indicates that the pay element value is applicable for arrears. “NO” indicates that the pay element value is not applicable to arrears. |
