Selecting an employee for viewing non recurring pay elements mapping

Select "View Non-Recurring Values – for an employee" from the left pane.
The "Select Employee for Viewing Non Recurring Pay Elements Mapping” page appears.
The system displays the following fields.

The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
From the “Employee – Element Data Unit” drop-down list box select the “employee – element data unit” for which the employee’s pay element values must be specified.
Select the required payroll from the “Payroll” drop- down list box. All the payrolls mapped to the Employee – element data unit selected are now available in the “Payroll Description” drop-down list box.
All the paysets that are mapped to the selected payroll are now available in the “Payset” drop- down list box. From the “Payset” drop-down list box, select a payset.
Enter the following fields In the “Search Criteria“ group box.

Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, enter the starting characters of an employee |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. For example if you enter the characters 0*, the system displays all employee records whose employee codes start with 0. Other examples are 0*3 and 013* |

Employee Name |
To view employees whose names contain specific characters, type in the starting character/s of these characters or any combination with wild cards. For example, if you enter “Sm*”, the system displays all the employee names starting with or containing the characters “Sm”, example Smith, Smock. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
All the employee records satisfying the search criteria are displayed in the multiline.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records created in the selected Employee - Element data unit.
The system displays the following in the multiline.

Employee Code |
The code that identifies each employee cod. |

Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
|
Assign. |
The number of the assignment held by the employee. |
Select the employee name whose value of the pay elements are to be viewed in the multiline.
The “View Non Recurring Pay Elements Mapping to Employee” page appears.
