Specifying the required documents for a loan/advance
Select "Documents Required” link at the bottom of the “Record Loans & Advances Setup” page.
The "Documents Master for Loans / Advances” page appears. The system displays the following fields.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Department |
From the drop-down list box, select the department. |
Loan Code |
The unique code identifying the loan / advance. |
Loan Description |
The short description for the loan / advance. |
Enter the following fields in the “Documents Details” multiline.
Document Code |
The unique code to identify the document. Help Available |
Document Description |
The short description for the document. |
Mandatory |
Specify if the document is mandatory or optional. Select “Yes” to indicate mandatory or “No” if otherwise. |
Remarks |
Any comments on the document. |
Select the check box for the records you want to save.
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
You will be returned to the “Documents Master for Loans / Advances”. page.
