Specifying documents for a loan / advance

Page Objective

Use this page to specify essential documents that an employee must submit for availing the loan / advance.

Select "Documents Required” link at the bottom of the “Record Loans & Advances Setup” page.

The "Documents Master for Loans / Advancespage appears. The system displays the following fields.

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Tell me more

Department

From the drop-down list box, select the department.

Tell me more

Loan Code

The unique code identifying the loan / advance.

Loan Description

The short description for the loan / advance.

Enter the following fields in the “Documents Details” multiline.

Document Code

The unique code to identify the document.

Help Available

Document Description

The short description for the document.

Mandatory

Specify if the document is mandatory or optional. Select “Yes” to indicate mandatory or  “No” if otherwise.

Remarks

Any comments on the document.

Select the check box for the records you want to save.

Select the “Save” pushbutton.

You will be returned to the “Documents Master for Loans / Advances”. page.
