Enter the complete code of the organization element in the “Organization Element Code” field.
Select the “View Organization Element” hyperlink beside the “Org Element Code” field
The system displays the “View Organization Element ” page.
Use the search facility to fetch the required organization element records in the multiline.
Select the data hyperlink on the “Org Element Description” of the required organization element record.
The system displays the “View Organization Element ” page.
The system displays the following details at the top of the page.

Hierarchies Code |
The unique code of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. |

Org Element code |
A unique code for the organization element |

Date Format |
The date format that the login user has already specified in the Enterprise Modeller component |

If the login user has not specified the date format in the Enterprise Modeller component, the system displays the date format defined already in the Admin component. This date format is defined at the company level.

Org Stratum Description |
A brief description of the organization stratum. |
|
Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. |

From the drop-down list box, select the required language. |

Org Element Description |
A brief description of the organization element. |
|
Inactive |
The active or inactive status of the organization element. “Active” indicates that the organization element is available for use in other activities and “Inactive” indicates otherwise. |

Any comments entered pertaining to the details specified. |
