To select a hierarchy, specify the following:

Hierarchies Unit |
The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. Select the required hierarchy unit from the drop-down list box. |

Hierarchy Code |
A unique code to identify the hierarchy. From the drop-down list box, select the required language. |

Hierarchy Short Description |
The short description of the hierarchy unit. |
|
Hierarchy Long Description |
The long description of the hierarchy unit. |
A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Hierarchy Chain Code”, “Hierarchy Chain Description” and “Hierarchy Chain Details”.
The system displays the following details in the multiline.

Hierarchy Chain Code |
A unique code for each chain in the organization structure. |

Hierarchy Chain Description |
The description of each chain in the organization structure |

Hierarchy Chain Details |
The details pertaining to the hierarchy chain. |
