Viewing organization hierarchy

4 Select “View Organization Hierarchy” from the left pane.
4 The “View Organization Hierarchy” page appears.
4 Specify the following to view the organization hierarchy of the required organization unit.

Hierarchies Unit |
The unique code of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. Select the required Hierarchy Unit from the drop-down list box. |

Language |
The language in which the user logged in. Select the appropriate language from the drop-down list box. |

Hierarchy Short Description |
A brief description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization Hierarchy is defined. Select the required Hierarchy unit from the drop-down list box.

4 The system displays the following fields:

Comments |
Any comments entered pertaining to the specified details is displayed. |
4 Click the “Get details” pushbutton to view the details pertaining to the organization hierarchy.
