A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Hierarchy Chain Code”, “Hierarchy Chain Description” and “Hierarchy Chain Details”,” Employee Code”, Employee Name”, “Assignment No”, “Department”, “Job”, “Position” and “Employment unit”.
The system displays the following details in the multiline. On selecting the hierarchy short description.

A unique code for each chain in the organization structure. |
