• Ensure that you are in the “Set Hierarchy Parameters” page.

• Select the help icon in the “Org stratum code” column in the multiline.

• The “Help on Org Stratum Code” page appears.

The following detail appears at the top of the page:

Hierarchies Unit

The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined.

• A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Org Stratum Code”, “Org Stratum Description”, and a “Select” check box.

• Specify search criteria for the following details in the search criteria fields.

Org Stratum Code	To view all the organization stratum codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these organization stratum codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: Theatre, Region, Div
Org Stratum Description	To view all the organization stratum descriptions containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these organization stratm descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: Theatre , Region , Division

• Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of Organization stratum records satisfying these search criteria.

• The system displays the details of the Organization stratums in the corresponding columns of the multiline.

• Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required Organization stratum record. After selecting the required record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.

• The “Set Hierarchy Parameters” page reappears.

The selected organization stratum code is displayed in the “Org stratum Code” column of the multiline.
