• Ensure that you are in the “Associate Benchmark Job Level” page.

• Select the help icon in the “Benchmark Job Level Code” column in the  multiline.

• The “Help on Benchmark Job Level” page appears.

• The following details are displayed at the top of the page:

Hierarchies Unit	The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined.
Language	The language in which the user has logged in.

• A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Benchmark Job Level Code”, “Benchmark Job Level Short Description”, “Benchmark Job Level Long Description” and a “Select” check box.

• Specify search criteria for the following details in the search criteria fields.

Benchmark Job Level Code	To view all the Benchmark job Level codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these Benchmark Job Level codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: Bench*, job*12.
Benchmark Job Level short        Description	To view all the Benchmark Job Level Short descriptions containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these Benchmark Job Level codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *Level, Bench*.
Benchmark Job Level Long Description	To view all the Benchmark Job Level Long descriptions containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these Benchmark Job Level codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *Level, Bench*.

           

• Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of Benchmark Job Level records satisfying these search criteria.

• The system displays the details of the Benchmark Job Level in the corresponding columns of the multiline.

• Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required Benchmark Job Level details. After selecting the required Benchmark Job Level record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.

• The “Associate Benchmark Job Level” page reappears.

• The selected Benchmark Job Level code is displayed in the “Benchmark Job Level Code” column of the multiline.
