The “Set Hierarchy Parameters to Set” page appears.
To set the hierarchy parameters, specify the following

Hierarchies Unit |
The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. Select the required hierarchy unit from the drop-down list box. |

Hierarchies Code |
The unique code of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. |
|
Hierarchies Short Description |
The short description of the hierarchy. |
|
Hierarchies Long Description |
A more elaborate description of the hierarchy. |
|
Apex Stratum |
The highest organization strata for the hierarchy structure. |
|
Apex Org Element |
The highest organization element for the hierarchy structure. |
A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Org Stratum Code”, “Org Stratum Description”, “Order” and “Order Long Description”.
Specify the following details in the multiline.

Org Stratum Code |
The unique code of the organization stratum. |

Org Stratum Description |
The description of the organization stratum. |

Order |
The order of organization stratum for the hierarchy. |

Order Description |
The description for the order of the organization stratum. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter any comments pertaining to the organization element.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Click on the “Save” pushbutton to save the details specified.
