Ensure that you are in the “Edit Organization Element Address” page.
The following details are displayed at the top of the page
Date Format |
The date format that the login user has already specified in the Enterprise Modeller component. |
Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. |

From the drop-down list box, select the required language. |
Hierarchies Unit |
The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. |
Org Element Code |
The code of the organization element in the organization. |
Org Element Description |
A short description of the organization element. |
Org Stratum Description |
The description of the organization stratum. The system defined organization strata are “company”, “Organization element”, “Department” and “Job”. |
You can default the address of the organization element by choosing the appropriate organization element description from the drop-down list beside the “Org element Description” field.
Select the “Default” pushbutton to fetch the address of the organization element.

The date from which the organization element is effective. |
Country |
The country in which the organization element is situated. |
State |
The state in which the organization element is situated in the country specified. |
City/Town |
The city or town in which the organization element is situated. |
Postal Code |
The postal code of the organization element address. |

The first telephone number of the organization element. |
Phone2 |
The second telephone number of the organization element. |
Phone3 |
The third telephone number of the organization element. |
Fax1 |
The first fax number of the organization element. |
Fax 2 |
The second fax number of the organization element. |

Enter the Contact Information of the organization element address in the following fields:
Contact Person |
The name of the contact person. |
Phone |
The phone number of the contact person. |
Mobile |
The mobile number of the contact person. |
Fax |
The fax number of the contact person. |

The Email address of the contact person. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter any comments pertaining to the organization element Editd.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
To modify the address of the Organization Element, specify the following:
Modification Option |
The address of the organization element 1 can be modified through two options: |

Correct indicates that the record is modified without any change in the effective dates. “Update” indicates that the new effective date is provided by the user. Select the required value from the drop-down list box. |
New Effective From |
A new record will be opened with this new effective date and the old record will be closed with the “Effective to” date as one day prior to the new “Effective from” date. |
Save In Language |
The languages applicable to the Hierarchies Unit are displayed in the drop-down lost box. Select the required value from the drop-down list box. |
Click on the “Save” pushbutton to save the details of the organization address specified.
Click on the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the details pertaining to the address of the organization element.
