Enter the complete code of the Hierarchy in the “Hierarchies Element Code” field.
Select the “Edit Hierarchy Parameters” hyperlink beside the “Hierarchy Code” field
The system displays the “Edit Hierarchy Parameters ” page.
Use the search facility to fetch the required Hierarchy records in the multiline.
Select the data hyperlink on the “Hierarchy Code” of the required Hierarchy record.
The system displays the “Edit Hierarchy Parameters ” page.
The system displays the following details at the top of the page.

Hierarchies Unit |
The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. |

Hierarchies Code |
The unique code of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. |

Hierarchies Short Description |
The short description of the hierarchy. |

Hierarchies Long Description |
A more elaborate description of the hierarchy. |

Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. |

From the drop-down list box, select the required language. |

Apex Stratum |
The highest organization strata for the hierarchy structure. Select the required apex stratum from the drop-down list box. |

Apex Org Element |
The highest organization element for the hierarchy structure. Select the required apex organization element from the drop-down list box. |

Save in Language |
Select the required language in which you want to save the details, from the drop-down list box. |

Org Stratum Code |
The unique code of the organization stratum. |

Org Stratum Description |
The description of the organization stratum. |

Order |
The order of organization stratum for the hierarchy. |

Order Description |
The description for the order of the organization stratum. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter any comments pertaining to the organization element.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
