Select “Create Organization Element ” from left pane.
The “Create Organization Element ” page appears.
The following detail is displayed at the top right of the page
Date Format |
The date format that the login user has already specified in the Enterprise Modeller component. |
To create an organization element, specify the following:
Hierarchies Unit |
The description of the Hierarchies Unit for which the organization hierarchy is defined. Select the required hierarchy unit from the drop-down list box. |
Org Stratum Description |
The description of the organization stratum. the user defined organization stratum like ‘Region’ , Theatre , Line of Business. |
Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. |

From the drop-down list box, select the required language. |
Org Element Code |
The code of the organization element in the organization. |
Org Element description |
A short description of the organization element. |
Inactive |
The active or inactive status of the organization element. “Active” indicates that the organization element is available for use in other activities and “Inactive” indicates otherwise. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter any comments pertaining to the organization element created.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the details specified.
Click on the “Create Organization Element Address” link to move to the “Create Organization Element Address” page.
