Help On Committees, Rating Sets, Service Providers and Venues
This help page allows you to search and select a required code and transfer the details to the field where it is required. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered. The selected number details will be transferred to the required page when you click the “OK” pushbutton.
If the help is launched from “Committee/Panel Code”
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Committee/Panel Code field.
The “Help On Committees, Rating Sets, Service Providers and Venues” page appears.
Enter the following field details in the header:
Display Results For |
The option committee is defaulted on launch of the screen. |
Enter the following field details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Functional Area |
Select an option from the drop-down list box that indicates the functional area for which the committee is defined. The combo is loaded with the values “Recruitment and Selection” and “Staff Suggestion Scheme”. |
Sub Functional Area |
Select an option from the drop-down list box that indicates the sub functional area for which the committee is defined. The combo is loaded with the values “Screening” or “Selection” if the functional area is selected as Recruitment and Selection. The combo is loaded with “Staff Suggestion Evaluation” if the functional area is selected as Staff Suggestion Scheme. |
Code |
The unique code that identifies the committee or panel. |
Name/Description |
The name or description of the committee or panel. |
Panel Member Name |
The name of the panel member. |
Expertise / Specialization |
The domain in which the panel member is expertise or specialized. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Functional Area |
The functional area for which the committee is defined. |
Sub Functional Area |
The sub functional area for which the committee is defined. |
Code |
The unique code that identifies the committee or panel. |
Name/Description |
The name or description of the committee or panel. |
Panel Member Name |
The name of the panel member. |
Expertise / Specialization |
The domain in which the panel member is expertise or specialized. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the travel request number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The combo is loaded with the values “Cost and Freight”, “Faculty Feedback”, “Participant Course Feedback”, “Participation Evaluation”, “Participant Feedback”, “Participant Faculty Feedback” and “Participant Material Feedback” if the functional area is selected as “Training and Development”. The combo is loaded with the “Staff Suggestion Merit” if the functional area is selected as “Staff Suggestion Scheme”. |
