Select the hyperlink on the required evaluation exercise in the multiline in the "Select Evaluation Exercise" page.
The system displays the “Applicants Selected for Next Exercise” page.
The system displays the following details at the top of the page.

Organization Description |
The description of the organization for which the evaluation exercise was conducted. |
|
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
|
Exercise |
The description of the exercise selected in the “Select Evaluation Exercise” page. |
|
Position Title |
The title of the position for which the evaluation stage was conducted. |
|
Department |
The department to which the specified position pertains to. |
|
Job Title |
The title of the job applicable to the specified position. |
The system displays the following details in the “List of Applicants” multiline.

Applicant Name |
The name of the applicant who undertook the selected exercise. |
|
Exercise Score (%) |
The percentage of marks scored by the applicant in the evaluation exercise. |
|
Action |
Indicates if the applicant has been selected to the next level or otherwise. Alternately, if any of the other options have been specified, the system displays the specified value, for example, if “Final Shortlist” has been specified, it indicates that the applicant(s) have been selected to the final shortlist level. |
Select the “Resume” hyperlink to view the resume of the applicant.
