Select “Request for Recording Terms and conditions” from the left pane.
The “Select Employee to Record Terms and Conditions” page appears.
The system displays the following fields at the top of the page.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employment Unit |
Select the desired employment unit group from which the employee records must be fetched, from the drop-down list box. |
Company |
The company to which the employee belongs. |
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the employee code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you can enter one or more characters that the employee code contains. Optionally, you can enter the employee name, employee type, assignment number, position title, department, job title and record status to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
Enter the following search criteria values in some or all of the following fields.
Employee Code |
To view a particular employee code, type in the code of the employee. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Employee Type |
Select the type of employee, whether regular, trainee or contractual, from the drop-down list box. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number of the appropriate assignment. A regular type employee has many secondary assignments but only one primary assignment. The primary assignment number is “1” and the secondary assignments have system generated assignment numbers. For a non-regular type employee, the concept of primary and secondary assignment does not exist. A non-regular employee will have assignments with assignment numbers that are system generated, in sequential order. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee. |
Record Status |
Select the record status of the employee from the drop-down list box. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
Note: To perform an effective search, enter maximum number of fields in the search criteria.
The system displays the results of the search in the following multiline.
Job Title |
The job title of the employee. |
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the selected employee. |
Employee Type |
The type of employee. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number of the selected employee. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Record Status |
The record status of the employee. |
