This page allows you to view the summary of the benefits plan based on the selected period.

Benefit Year

Select the benefit year from dropdown by which you want to retrieve the plan enrollment details. The current benefit year will be defaulted or the next enrollment year will be defaulted based on navigation from previous page.

The system displays the following details

Available Plans

The number of total available plans.

Enrolled Plans

The total number of plans enrolled for the selected year.

The following details are displayed based on the selected benefit year:

Column 1

The plan name, category, coverage level.

Column 2

The name of the dependents and beneficiaries.

Column 3

The total cost of the plan, employee and employer contribution.

The system displays the following details:

Total Employee Cost

The sum of all employee contributions for all plans elected.

Total Employer Cost

The sum of all employer contributions for all plans elected.

Note: The following section is not visible if the summary is for a previous year or current year for which enrollment is closed. In case the enrollment is not confirmed and you are within the timeline given for enrollment, the below options appear.

Note: You cannot make any changes to benefit elections once confirmed.
