This page allows you to view or modify or delete the dependent details.

The following details are displayed in the “Dependent List” multiline:

Column 1

  • The name of the dependent.

  • The date on which the dependent is effective.

  • The relationship of the dependent to the employee.

  • Status of the dependent.

Column 2

 

  • The SSN number of the dependent.

  • Indicates whether the dependent is added as beneficiary also.

Column 3

The complete address of the dependent with the zip code, phone number.

Column 4

  • Click  icon on any row to delete the dependent details, then a “Delete Dependent” pop-up appears.

       The following details are displayed in the “Delete Dependent” pop-up:

  • The name of the dependent

  • Indicates whether the dependent is added as beneficiary also.

  • The relationship of the dependent to the employee.

  • Select the event type from the dropdown as to why the dependent is being deleted.

  • Enter the date of the event.

  • The supporting document of the dependent (if any). Click  icon to search the document which you want to attach and click Open.

  • Enter the Remarks (if any).

  • Click “Delete” button to delete the dependent.

  • Once the dependent is deleted, the specific dependent will no longer be available for benefits enrollment in future.

Column 5

  • Click  icon on any row to edit the dependent.

Note: The status of the dependent shows ‘Pending’ in case the HR approval is required as per organizational policy. Once the HR approves, the dependent changes will reflect with approved status.
