Benefits Plans Enrollment
This page allows you to choose coverage and view the details for all the plans in which you want to enroll.
The following details are displayed based on the selected plan category. Choose the plan category from the dropdown.

Note: Whenever any plan category is selected, the relevant options will be shown on the right pane.
If plan category is “Savings”, the following details are displayed on the right hand side
The name of the benefit plan.
The period of plan - Start and End Date of the plan
If you would like to make your election for a specific amount, select “Amount” and enter the annual amount of the plan.
If you would like to make your election in percentage of your base pay, Select “Percentage” and enter the percentage.
Click “Calculate” button.
The system calculates and displays the employee and employer contribution cost.
Note: If the amount is greater than the maximum limit as per setup and rules, the system checks and gives a message.
Click “Save” button to save the savings plan details.
If plan category is “Flexible Spending”, the following details are displayed on the right hand side
The name of the benefit plan.
The period of plan - Start and End Date of the plan
Enter the annual amount of the plan.
Click “Calculate” button.
The system calculates and displays the employee and employer contribution cost.
Note: If the amount is not between the minimum and maximum limit as per setup and rules, the system checks and gives a message.
Select the following.
Dependents / Beneficiaries |
Select the name of the dependent or beneficiary to be added to the plan from dropdown. |
Click icon to add the dependent
or beneficiary to the plan.
The system displays the name of the dependent or beneficiary in the multiline.

in case required.
The supporting
document of the dependent (if any). Click icon
to search the document which you want to attach and click Open.
Click “Save” button to save the flexible spending plan details.
If plan category is “Health”, the following details are displayed on the right hand side
The name of the benefit plan.
The period of plan - Start and End Date of the plan
Select the coverage level from dropdown. The calculation is done as per coverage level and employee / employer contributions are shown.
The system calculates and displays the employee and employer contribution cost for the selected coverage level.
Select the following.

Select the name of the dependent or beneficiary to be added to the plan from dropdown. |
Click icon to add the dependent
or beneficiary to the plan.
The system displays the name of the dependent or beneficiary in the multiline.
If the selected dependent is not eligible as per the coverage level or age of dependent or any other conditions do not meet, system validates and gives a message.
Click icon to remove the dependent
or beneficiary to the plan if required.
The supporting
document of the dependent (if any). Click icon
to search the document which you want to attach and click Open.
Click “Save” button to save the health plan details.
If plan category is “Health Savings”, the following details are displayed on the right hand side
Note: This plan is eligible only if the employee has a high deductible health Plan. System validates if you have not enrolled for a high deductible health plan.
The name of the benefit plan.
The period of plan - Start and End Date of the plan
Select the following.
Single/Family |
The option if single or family will be defaulted as per the high deductible health plan enrolled. |
Enter the annual amount of the plan.
Click “Calculate” button.
The system calculates and displays the employee and employer contribution cost.
Note: If the amount is greater than the maximum limit as per setup and rules, the system checks and gives a message.
Click “Save” button to save the health savings plan details.
If the plan category is “Insurance”, the following details are displayed on the right hand side
The name of the benefit plan.
The period of plan - Start and End Date of the plan
Select the Monthly benefit amount from dropdown. If the plan is an auto enrolled plan and offered by employer benefits, you need not do anything. System ensures you get the benefit automatically. However, all optional life, AD & D plans could be added if required.
Click “Calculate” button.
The system calculates and displays the employee and employer contribution cost for the selected coverage level.
Select the following.
Dependents / Beneficiaries |
Select the name of the dependent or beneficiary to be added to the plan from dropdown. |
Allocation % |
Enter the allocation percentage for the selected dependent or beneficiary. This section will not be applicable for some plans if its employee insurance or company provided life or basic life or any other employer contributed life insurance for employee. |
Click icon to add the dependent
or beneficiary to the plan.
The system displays the name of the dependent or beneficiary and the allocation percentage in the multiline.
If any dependent does not qualify for the plan as per age, system validates and gives a message.
Click icon to remove the dependent
or beneficiary to the plan.
The supporting
document of the dependent (if any). Click icon
to search the document which you want to attach and click Open.
Click “Save” button to save the insurance plan details.
Note: Plan coverage options, dependents could be modified multiple times before you confirm. You will still have an option to make changes until you finally confirm and waive other plans.
The status of the benefits shows “Pending” in case the HR approval is required as per organizational policy. Once the HR approves, the benefit changes will reflect with approved status.

Click “Manage Dependent” hyperlink to view or modify the existing dependent details.
Click “View Summary to Confirm” button to view the summary details of the plans and confirm the plans.
