You can additionally choose the option “Change in Benefits” if you are an existing employee and wish to make changes to benefits due to a life changing event.

New Enrollment

The system displays all benefits plans available for you to choose considering if any plans have waiting period. For example: If any plan has 30 days waiting period from employee date of joining, that plan will not be visible in the list if employee did not complete 30 days from date of joining.

The following details are displayed in the multiline:

Column 1

The following details are displayed under this column:

  • The name of the plan. Click on the hyperlink to view more details about the plan like contributions, add dependents to the plan.

  • Status of the plan if it is “Elected” or “Not Elected”.

  • Once the plan is elected, other details like plan from and to date, coverage level will be displayed.

Column 2

  • Click  icon to launch the plan website. Plan Website will launch in a new window as per the URL. The URL can be launched if it is available from admin / HR.

Column 3

  • Click  icon to view the plan brochure to see any further details like the in network service providers, out of pocket expenses. The brochure can be launched if it is available from admin / HR.

Current Enrollment

The system displays your current plan enrollments.

The following details are displayed in the multiline:

Column 1

The following details are displayed under this column:

  • The name of the plan. Click on the hyperlink to view more details about the plan like contributions.

  • Coverage level or the coverage amount.

  • Plan Start and End Date.

  • Status of the plan.

Column 2

 

The employee and employer contribution for the selected plan per pay check as elected.

Column 3

The employee and employer contribution for the selected plan per annum as elected.

Column 4

The name of the dependents or beneficiaries as relevant to the plan.

Column 5

  • Click  icon to launch the plan website. Plan Website will launch in a new window as per the URL. The URL can be launched if it is available from admin / HR.

Column 6

  • Click  icon to view the plan brochure to see any further details like the in network service providers, out of pocket expenses. The brochure can be launched if it is available from admin / HR.

Enroll for Next Year

The system displays all active plans for next year enrollment.

The following details are displayed in the multiline:

Column 1

The name of the plan and other details if the plan was elected in the previous year.

Column 2

 

The following details are displayed under this column: (as relevant for the plan)

  • The employee contribution for the selected plan per pay check as elected.

  • The employer contribution for the selected plan per pay check as elected.

Column 3

The following details are displayed under this column: (as relevant for the plan)

  • The employee contribution for the selected plan per annum as elected.

  • The employer contribution for the selected plan per annum as elected.

Column 4

  • Click  icon to view the previous year enrolled plan.

Column 5

  • Click  icon to launch the plan website. Plan Website will launch in a new window as per the URL. The URL can be launched if it is available from admin / HR.

Column 6

  • Click  icon to view the plan brochure to see any further details like the in network service providers, out of pocket expenses. The brochure can be launched if it is available from admin / HR..

Change in Benefits

The system displays all plans that are not “Life Event Driven” when you have current enrollments confirmed.

  • The name of the plan. Click on the hyperlink to view more details about the plan like contributions.

  • The description of the coverage level or the coverage amount.

  • Plan Start and End Date.

  • Status of the plan.

Column 2

 

The employee and employer contribution for the selected plan per pay check as elected.

The employee and employer contribution for the selected plan per annum as elected.

Column 4
