Benefits Current_New Enrollment Process
This page consists of the following tiles:
Health
Insurance
Savings
Flexible Spending
Health Savings
The option in the dropdown above the tiles will be defaulted based on the context of login.
It will show as “New Enrollment” if you clicked on the link “Enroll Benefits” in the home page.
It will show as “Current Enrollment” if you clicked on the link “View Enrollments” in the home page widget.
It will show as “Open Enrollment” if you clicked on the link “Enroll for next year” link in the home page widget.
You can additionally choose the option “Change in Benefits” if you are an existing employee and wish to make changes to benefits due to a life changing event.
Click on any tile to view the corresponding plan(s) specific to the category in the multiline.
New Enrollment
The system displays all benefits plans available for you to choose considering if any plans have waiting period. For example: If any plan has 30 days waiting period from employee date of joining, that plan will not be visible in the list if employee did not complete 30 days from date of joining.

Current Enrollment
The system displays your current plan enrollments.
If the logged in employee is an existing employee, the system lists “Current Enrollment” and "Change in Benefits" in the drop-down list box above the tiles.
Select t "Current Enrollment" option.
Click on any tile to view the corresponding plan specific to the category in the multiline.

Enroll for Next Year
The system displays all active plans for next year enrollment.
Click on any tile to view the corresponding plan specific to the category in the multiline.
If
you are an existing employee, you can do a quick enrollment by rollover
or carryover option available for all plans or rollover at each plan
level. Any plan which was enrolled in the current benefit year will
have an additional rollover
icon in green. You could click on rollover to elect the same plan
with existing coverage and dependents.
Click on “Roll over Existing Plans” on the right pane to carryover the same benefits as existing in current year. This will directly launch the Summary page with all the plans rolled over as per the previous enrollment.

Change in Benefits
The system displays all plans that are not “Life Event Driven” when you have current enrollments confirmed.
If the logged in employee is an existing employee, the system lists “Current Enrollment” and “Change in Benefits” in the drop-down list box above the tiles.
Select “Change in Benefits” option when you want to make changes to contributions for Savings plans during the year.
In case you have a qualifying life event like child birth, divorce and would like to make changes in existing benefits, please add the life event from “Manage Dependents” option on the right. Once the life event is added, system automatically gives options to make changes to health, insurance plans that are life event based.
