This page allows you to view the details of the schedule. You can view the details after the schedule has been created. You can also view the details of the schedule during the creation process. You can view details like the number identifying the schedule, its description and classification. Details like the type of the finance book, the finance book in which it is available, code identifying the chart of accounts and the type of the chart of accounts under which the account codes fall can also be viewed. You can also view the details of the account codes like the code identifying the account, the description, the account classification and the balance of the account. You can also view the sequence of the account codes or the schedules that fall under the schedule
Select the “View Schedule” link at the bottom of the “Create Schedule” page.
The “View Schedule” page appears.
The system displays the following:

A textual description of the schedule. |
Zoom facility available | |
Schedule Classification |
Indicates the category under which the schedule is classified. It could be “Balance Sheet”, “Income Statement” or “Cash Flow Statement”. |
Book Type |
The type of finance book in which the schedule is available. It could be “Posting finance book”, “Posting tax book”, “Main finance book”, “ Main tax book”, or “Consolidation finance book”. |
Finance Book |
The code identifying the finance book in which the schedule is available. |
Chart of Accounts ID |
The code identifying the operative chart of accounts |
Description |
A textual description of the selected chart of accounts. |
Chart of Accounts Type |
The type of the chart of accounts to which the ID belongs. |
The system displays the following in the “Account Code / Schedule No Information” multiline:
Account Code / Schedule No |
The code identifying the account or the number identifying the schedule. |
Description |
The description of the account or the schedule. |
Classification |
Indicates the classification under which the account or the schedule has been classified. It could be “Balance Sheet”, “Income Statement” or “Cash Flow”. |
Account Group |
Indicates the group to which the account belongs. It could be “Asset”, “Liability”, “Capital”, “Revenue” or “Expenditure”. |
Sequence No |
A sequential order in which the account codes or schedule numbers are available in the schedule. |
Account Balance |
Indicates the balance that will be displayed when schedule is generated. It could be “Closing Balance”, “Period Credit”, “Period Debit”, “Period Amount” or “Opening Balance”. |
Add / Subtract |
Indicates whether the balances of the groups have been added or subtracted. |
Print / View |
The type of balance that you want to print or view in the statement. |
