Generating Overhaul Estimation Report

Select the “Overhaul Estimation Report” link under “EDK – Reports for Fixed Assets Management” business component.

The “Overhaul Estimation Report” page appears.

Enter the following fields:

Financial Year	Use the drop-down list box to select the financial year of the company for which you wish to view the overhaul estimation report. The system lists all the open financial years. By default, the system displays the latest open year in this field.
Financial Period From	Use the drop-down list to select the financial period starting from which you wish to view the report. The system lists all the financial periods pertaining to the selected financial year. The system displays the earliest financial period by default.
Financial Period To	Use the drop-down list to select the financial period until which you wish to view the report. The system lists all the financial periods pertaining to the selected financial year. The system displays the current financial period by default.

Note: Ensure that “Financial Period From” is earlier than “Financial Period To”.

Cost Center From	Use the drop-down list box to specify the starting cost center code, in the range of cost center codes, for which you wish to view the overhaul estimation report. The system lists all the cost centers that are in “Active” status. The system displays the initial active cost center by default.
Cost Center To	Use the drop-down list box to specify the ending cost center code, in the range of cost center codes, for which you wish to view the overhaul estimation report. The system lists all the cost centers that are in “Active” status. The system displays the initial active cost center by default.

Click the “Print” pushbutton to view the Overhaul Estimation Report.
